Abhyanga [1.5 hours]
Abhyanga is an ancient Indian massage technique, not only it has medical benefits but also helps in calming the nervous, lymphatic and circulatory systems. It is characterized by long strokes, flowing movements and marma point therapy with dosha-specific medical herbal oil.
Pinda Sweda [1.5 hours]
This treatment is the perfect remedy for sluggish energy and a stiff achy body. It is nourishing and rejuvenating. Using poultices of warm costume-blended herbal paste with Ayurvedic oil, your therapist deliver a soothing, rhythmic massage that is deeply nourishing to the skin, muscles bones and joints. The result is increased energy, circulation and mobility, along with a wonderful sense of lightness and calm.
Basti [1 hour]
It can be done on any part of the back, neck, chest, knees, or forehead. It uses medicated oils in a container of black gram dough built around the area. This particular form of external basti benefits muscle spasm and rigidity of the bones and strengthens the bone tissue in that area
Shirodhara [1.5 hours]
Shirodara is derived from two Sanskrit words: ‘Shiro’ meaning head and ‘Dara’ meaning pouring or stream. This therapy involves gently pouring warm herbal liquids over the forehead for a set amount of time. Used to treat a variety of conditions including migraines, headaches, eye diseases, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, menopause, neurological disorders, memory loss, insomnia, hearing impairment, tinnitus, and vertigo. It has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, helps to increase mental focus and concentration.
4-Fold of Treatments will be provided:
- Daily/Weekly routine including Ayurvedic diet plan, meditation/yoga, sleep etc, will be suggested for energetic and motivation daily life.
- Herbal tea/Herbal supplements will be prescribed per case. Pure plant base supplements, naturally promote and enhance individual’s dosha balance.
- External bodywork. Nothing can make one feel instantly better than hands-on bodyworks. Custom blended herbal oil contains different therapeutic potency absorbing through skin channels.
- Therapeutic Yoga. Yoga is the sister science of Ayurveda. Yoga works directly with Prana channel, vital force of the body.
