Initial – Consultation [ 1 hour ]

First Meeting with one of our Practitioners (Meng Gong or K.C. Sterling).  This is a One on One meeting & will include traditional Ayurvedic diagnostic techniques and a comprehensive question-and-answer session. These methods are relied upon to reveal your personal constitution as well as any imbalances which should be addressed. A complete treatment plan will be provided which may include your diet, herbal regime, and implementing external Ayurvedic therapies, yoga, pranayama (breath-work) and meditation. Based on your consultation we will evaluate what will best rejuvenate, restore and maintain your personal balance. Your practitioner will explain to you some of the fundamental theories of Ayurveda & the benefits of an Ayurvedic lifestyle, which will help you to maintain complete body balance per your unique body make up.

the practitioner will follow the ancient Ayurvedic diagnosis tradition per Charaka Samhita(bible of Ayurveda): 8-Limbs of exam, which includes pulse checking, tongue viewing, etc. After the hands-on exam, the practitioner will prescribe herbs, bodyworks(see our treatment link) per case, customed daily life routine, diet suggestions, last not the least, therapeutic yoga routine.

Follow up – Consultation [ 30 min ]

Patients returning for a follow up consultation 2-3 weeks after the initial consultation.  This allows your practitioner to re-evaluate your current health condition and as health improves, make adjustments to your regimen as needed. During this session we will fully assess your current health status and of course, address any new concerns. The idea is to empower you be the master of your own health and wellness.

Online Consultation [ 1 hour ]

This is exactly like initial in person consultation but online via Zoom conference. Please refer to above description of what is involved in an initial consultation and follow up consultation.

Free 15min consultation for first timer. Knowing how Ayurveda facilitates the healing process at the deepest levels of the body and mind.
